Who are you?
Your Heart is like a mirror reflecting who you are on the inside. What you do comes from what you think about. The seeds for your actions, both good and bad, are planted in your heart. As these seeds grow, their nature is revealed by the fruit they produce: the things you say and do. Nurture the soil of your heart and mind to produce thoughts that are pleasing to God. As you think, so you are, and so you become. Your conduct is shaped by your character, and your character is shaped by the condition of your heart. As God transforms you from the inside out, your actions will be transformed as well.
I would like to challenge you to go to a mirror and look beyond your own face, looking deep inside of you; do you see yourself becoming Christ like or more like the world?
What are other people seeing when they look at you?
How do you act at church compared to how you act at the work place?
What would your co-workers say about you?
Mark 7:20-23
