God Hears You

"The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and His ears are open to their prayer."
1 Peter 3:12

Do you sometimes feel that no matter how hard you pray, God doesn't hear your voice? Well, you're not alone. We all feel that way from time to time.

The truth, however, is that God does hear every prayer, no matter how big or small it seems. Because of God's love for us, God always has our best interest in mind, even when it doesn't appear that way to us. God sees the big picture and knows exactly what we need.

Deuteronomy 31:6 says, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

In this verse, God is reassuring us that He is always listening to us, watching over us, and taking care of us.

Therefore, God always answers our prayer. Though, sometimes His answer is yes, sometimes it's no, and sometimes it's to wait. We may not always understand WHY God chooses to answer the way that He does. The good thing is that it's not our responsibility to know why.

God knows we don't understand His answers sometimes. For those times, God provides comfort and peace to us through the Holy Spirit. Our job, though not easy at times, is to accept God's decision by trusting Him.



Prayer:
Ask God to help you trust Him even when you don't feel you have answers to your prayers, or don't understand the answers to your prayers
