In Proverbs 17:22, it says, "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength." The Message put’s this way; a cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired.
With the high cost of prescription drugs these days, we can all benefit from some good medicine that's free!
