Has this ever happen to you?

Friends, spouse, co-worker, boyfriend, girlfriend, and so on, invite you to a just-released, critically acclaimed movie. “It’s supposed to be great,” they insist. “You’ll like it. Trust us.” So you go-with high expectations. Only the movie isn’t great. It drags on and on. As far as excitement goes, this particular film ranks right up there with reading the phone book. You keep thinking this has got to get better. Surely there’s a car chase or a joke or some sort of surprise plot twist in the next scene. But nothing happens-nothing at all. The most adventurous moment of the film comes at the end when two of the actors go to a fancy French restaurant and eat snails. It’s gross, but at least they’re finally doing something. When the final credits roll, you leave the theater, vowing, “Never again!”

Guess what? You don’t have to spend your time with stale stories, boring characters, or tedious plots! Instead, you can read one of the most exciting books in existence! And you just might already own this great book. You name it, and this book has it-demons, death, and outrageous special effects (also called miracles), all served up in a swirling atmosphere of intrigue, jealousy, controversy, and murder. In short, this book is an action-packed biography of the most influential person in the history of the world. Go for it and read this awesome book! Start with Gospels…and when you’re done, you will vow,
“never again….never again will I think of the Bible as a boring book!”
